Quarantine's a drag, especially when you can't go to the gym... but health is always first... so guess what your workouts don’t have to be at a gym, we have reduced ! Fitness is easy, it's hard when you're not persistent & consistent. But, what if I took out those variables and made it so you have to be?
I have put together a customized list of some of my personal favorite home workouts & Best of all, most of these routines require minimal to no equipment. I'll also be showing you creative ways to turn everyday household items into DIY gym equipment. This keeps things interesting and helps keep you away from that dreaded pitfall of doing the same old boring body weight routine day after day. If you ate the same food every day, even if it was your absolute favorite, you'd be guaranteed to get sick of it. Same goes for exercise. I could write out the most amazing routine that you'd love and enjoy doing. But give it a few days, maybe even weeks, and you're making excuses as to "why today isn't a good day, tomorrow is my better"! And tomorrow never comes.
Our bodies are very complex and as a survival tactic we adapt to our surroundings. When you're exercising you're placing stress on the body, and it reacts by adapting to that stress to "ease the pain' so to speak. Imagine playing a fighting video game against your friend, and you do the same move over and over. It may work once or twice but eventually they see it coming and it does minimal damage if any at all.
Our workout routines should not be the same simple move over and over, but more like a constantly changing combo that keeps the enemy or, "our body" on its toes, so to speak. I am basically going to give you the cheat code to unlimited special with infinite amounts of combinations. Joking, there are no cheat codes to your dream body, only hard work! But I'm going to show you how to make that hard work fun and keep it that way! Working out is comparable to war.(as you can see I'm a fan of analogues)
You have the front line, i.e. the physical exercise, and you have the Higher ranks back at base giving orders i.e. Your diet. It's what you do behind the scenes that wins a war, similar to how its what you eat out of the gym that separates the go body from the "Whoa" body, and a lot of people can't seem to grasp this concept. They don't understand why they're not getting the results they want when they spent six days a week busting their well.... you know... in the gym.

This is where cheat meals come into play. Bonus tip, when the cheat meals are few and far between, they taste even better. Humans, by nature, want what they can't have. Reward yourself now and then with your favorite pizza, donut or candy. Make it work with your macros, and you don't have to feel guilty. You have three potential outcomes to this 2020 Pandemic.1. worst case is that you come out of this looking and feeling mentally, physically and emotionally drained because you didn't apply yourself in the areas you needed to to better your life.2.You managed maintain a standstill with your mental and physical health. No major decrease but also no steps towards a brighter future and a happier you. or 3 you come out of this with a stronger mindset and willpower to achieve more than you ever thought possible because of all the confidence you gained while pushing yourself to do those workouts at home. Great things happen when you step out of your comfort zone, so lets get uncomfortable.
